Yes! UAV Base displays aircraft positions in real time via ADS-B, as well as flights reported by other users.

Yes — you can submit flight notifications digitally, draw polygons or corridors, and even import KML/KMZ files for precise planning. Please note that this is not a flight authorization, but a notification intended to inform other pilots in the area.
